We have all been limited in some area of life, so it is important to find within yourself the one thing that is your freedom. In which you can be fulfilled, you can be yourself, with your whole being.

That turns your brain off and helps you to recharge. For us, the joy of creating is always relaxing, whether it's making our wool dreadlocks or working in the garden. It's as much a success for us when the wool becomes beautiful locks as when the tiny seed becomes a full-grown plant.
