Order processing time

Our goal is to create your dream hair. The sets are available as a single ended or double ended set and in four lengths. We make every set, especially for your wish to order, that's why the processing time is 7 business days.

Shipping times

Once your order is done. We ship all orders worldwide with trackable express shipping, which takes only 3-5 business days.

Shipping cost: USD 19

We offer free shipping for orders above USD 230.

PLEASE NOTE!

We only ship to valid, deliverable addresses. We do not ship to PO Boxes or Pick up points.

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

• Items must not be washed, worn, used or damaged.
• All tags must be attached and in their original packaging.
• Dreads and accessories sets must be as a complete package.
• You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We can't accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
