Our Brown blonde dreadlock extensions are carefully handmade from soft merino wool using the traditional art of wet felting. The merino wool ensures that these hair extensions are not only lightweight, but also incredibly comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. In addition, merino wool is naturally moisture wicking and breathable, making these wool dreads suitable for all-day wear without compromising on comfort.

  • Single ended (SE) dreads are perfect for hairline and sensitive areas for a more comfortable feel.
  • Installdouble ended (DE) dreadsfor the rest of your scalp to add volume.
  • Choosea mix setof SE and DE for a full install or a bold mohawk.

    What do the indicated sizes mean?
  • Single ended (SE) dreads size: from top of loop to tip of dread, meaning total length
  • Double ended (DE) dreads size: These dreads are installed folded in half, so we indicate this folded length. If you need the total length, from tip to tip, just multiply the length by two.
    • Thickness

    Wool dreads are light, incredibly soft and comfortable to wear. You can have any color hair you imagine without having to dye it. You can try new lengths and styles. And if you have a pair of skillful hands, you can even install them for yourself - but you can also ask for some help from a friend or a professional.

    Thickness:
    0.2-0.27 inches (5-7 mm) The boholucydreads are pencil thin or slightly thinner to be comfy. Handmade wool dreadlocks guarantee an authentic look as they vary slightly in thickness and length.
    Material:
    The mill dyed wool and yarn is toxic free, and complies with the OEKO-TEX 100 and GOTS requirements. We use high quality mulesing free fine merino wool for dreads. The dreadlocks are decorated with cotton yarn. We make the dreads with wet felting technique.
    Color:
    The color sequence of the set you bought might be slightly different from the one in the photos. We use pre-colored, mill combed wool tops, and the exact color we get depends on where we split the roving.

    An average estimate is:

    I have been on the fence with wool dreads but once I saw a friend get some it pushed me over the edge. I loved the coloring boho Lucy uses which was a large reason why I chose this brand. (That and I cross searched reviews on Etsy and everyone seems to be happy with this company!) I decided to try half my head in dreads first before I committed to the whole head, but the second I left from having them installed, I ordered the rest. 😂 I love the size, the color, the feel. What a BEAUTIFUL PRODUCT. They have been really comfortable sleeping in so far and aren’t insanely heavy on my head. Also, I was so shocked when I realized they ship from Hungary! I was expecting the shipping to take weeks but they got to me (in the western United States) so quickly! 10/10 for all of it. I’m insanely happy with this purchase.
